Caught You in a Lie is a powerful theatrical concert experience that takes audiences on an unforgettable journey through loss, resilience, healing and transformation.
Inspired by the lived experiences of Yvonne Michele, this moving production combines compelling storytelling, spoken word, soul, reggae and gospel music to create an experience that is both deeply personal and universally relatable.
Beginning with a tribute to women whose lives have been lost to domestic violence, the production creates a space for reflection, remembrance and hope. What follows is a powerful story of overcoming adversity, challenging the lies that trauma can leave behind and discovering the strength to move forward.
Performed with a live band and backing vocalists, Caught You in a Lie is more than a show. It is an experience that invites audiences to laugh, reflect, sing, connect and recognise the strength that already exists within them.
Since its premiere, the production has toured successfully across the UK, reaching audiences in Watford, Bedford, London and Luton before returning for a full-house performance at the Shaw Theatre, London.

Following the success of previous performance, plans are now underway for future UK and international touring.
The production team is currenty developing touring opportunities across the Caribbean, the United Kingdom and beyond.
